ABC Club: Aprende Brisas Cares

The ABC Mentoring Club is a collaborative endeavor between Brisas Elementary School and Aprende Middle School in which middle school students pair with elementary school students to provide positive social interactions. While Aprende mentors have an opportunity to enhance their confidence and leadership abilities, Brisas students benefit from receiving extra personal, academic, and social support from their mentors. Staff from both Aprende and Brisas work together to make this program a fun, educational, and thoroughly rewarding experience for everyone involved!  Aprende students will be assigned a Brisas student to mentor in activities such as reading, classwork, interactions with others, support in the classroom, or just help getting the day started on a great note.
